Biographical Statement:	I studied at the University of Brighton where I got my degree in English Language and Literature. I have since taught English as a Foreign Language in China and have been trained to work with young people on a number of projects in and around London. I have been a peer mentor for Beatbulling and also L8R at Hi8us South, an award winning interactive drama, which dramatises issues affecting young people and gives them an opportunity to discuss them. I started at NLIS in September 2010.
Teaching Interests:	I teach English Language and did part of my dissertation on the ‘language of violence’ in Ernest Hemingway’s short stories In Our Time.
Personal Interests:	Music and music production, travelling, socialising, literature and art and design.
