Biographical Statement: |
Ammon graduated from Clemson University in 2000 and began his teaching career in Japan as an English Language teacher. After teaching for two years in Japan he worked at a state school in London before moving back to the United States in 2003. From 2003-2008 Ammon taught in the Clarke County School District in Athens, Georgia spending most of his time teaching History and Geography to high school students at Cedar Shoals High School, where he was also the Head of the Social Studies Department and the Head Volleyball Coach. He moved to London in 2008 to be closer to his girlfriend whom he married in July of 2010. Ammon and his wife are expecting their first child in June of 2011.
