Mr K Skeoch

Kevin Skeoch is Executive Director for the Dwight Family of Schools and Assistant Head of School at The North London International School (NLIS). Kevin brings a network of positive relationships and extensive global experience to both roles.

He is director of the first and only joint US and Chinese state school/secondary school education agreement, with the high school attached to Capital Normal University in Beijing, China.

With over 20 years experience working with the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO), Kevin has spent his entire career in the field of international education. He has served as both an elementary and secondary school leader. This has given him a deep understanding of the needs of all three IBO programs (the IB Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Program) within IB World schools, as well as a working knowledge of other national curricula. He has also been an IB examiner since 2005, IB Diploma Coordinator, and High School Principal.

He is an international school accreditation member for the Council of International Schools (CIS) and New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), and he has accredited or authorized more than 20 schools around the world.

In 2008, Kevin became involved with the European Council of International Schools (ECIS) as the Chair of the Secondary Administrators’ Committee. He has also worked as a consultant and workshop leader for Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).

Kevin holds a Master’s degree from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK; a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Toronto, Canada as well as a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. For over a decade, Kevin has been Team Leader for IB Diploma Programme authorization visits in Europe, Africa and the Middle East (IBEAME).
